Trial participants are persons who are parties in a trial with pending matters to be resolved. When a trial is scheduled as a remote hearing all the participants, including attorneys, trial board, and witnesses, are required to appear via remote means. The jurisdiction uses Zoom to host remote trials and the Presiding Officer will provide all trial participants with the link to join the hearing.
